Blood pressure is about 126/87 and weight 172.

Updated comments re food replicator:

1. I just use a single resistor of about 1000 ohms between the cans now, and just do one potency at a time and not a mixture.

2. It is not always easy to get steel cans that conduct electricity well. I still check with a magnet that the bottom and sides contain steel, but tht does not mean that the bottom and sides are connected electrically as they are often coated. One way around it is to use, say, two regular steel teaspoons, and connect the jump lead with the alligator clips and resistor between the two spoons. Then put the spoons in the bottom of each can. If you then put the water directly in each can, with the spoon in the water, you must automatically have an electrical connection between the two. It is a bit messier that way, and you have to rinse out the cans thoroughly between uses, but you do become certain that connectivity is being maintained.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 12:01 AM and is updated periodically.

The electronic silver was very interesting.

It didn't work to kill molds or fungus or whatever was growing in the yoghurt carton I was nurturing. That was some yucky black stuff. It amazed me that it was black, as it started off as pristine white yoghurt with a few raisins dumped in it. I added a half inch of electronic silver and left it overnight. Next morning it looked just as disgusting and I threw it out. Since silver doesn't kill molds anyway, it was all just a waste of time.

Two or three weeks ago I was very concerned about my heart. I would go for a walk out to the park about a mile away, and two or three times on the way I had to stop as my hear was beating so fast. I wasn't breathing heavily, but the heart was saying "STOP! STOP!!". I didn't even make it the 2/3 mile around the lake that time. I rested for 20 minutes, then walked slowly back, stopping again a couple more times. This was getting ridiculous, as normally I'm much "fitter" than that.

I got back and decided I needed to do something before I died of a heart attack or something.

I suddenlyrealized that I was taking an awful lot of electronic stuff. There were all the potions I was downing; I have been using an air purifier that creates positive and negative ions (4:3 negative to positive); I was using a device that zaps food; I had a sevice I used sometimes that zaps the body; I had a machine that electronically ionixes water to increase its pH to about 9 or 9.5...it was just all TOO MUCH!

So I stopped all of it. In a day, things were markedly improved, and I could get around the lake again. In a couple of days things were almost back to "normal". The benchmark has changed though, and it is hard to say what "normal" is anymore.

I am still eating regular food only, and nothing electronic. But soon....

A girl recently moved into the house--I rent a room here--and she is very energy-sensitive. We get on very well as she shares some of my peculiar interests. She has been assessing the energy of my various products. She said the energy of the electronic silver was very strong, and it acted on her body by draining the energy out of it. I thought that maybe it kills the bacteria etc. by draining the energy out of them, but that's just a shot in the dark with no evidence to back it up.

I'll post again if anything new happens.

Except if you don't see anything for a couple of months or more it means I died.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. I refrained from washing my armpits for four or five days and just used the electronic silver to keep them fresh.

I'm now trying something a little less subjective: I'm working on growing some fungus/molds on some food. I'll continue with the armpits.

Everything else is fine.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 12:01 AM and is updated periodically.

BP/pulse earlier today: 127/84 p71; 128/81 p71; weight 176 lb.

Over the past month these figures have been all over the place. I'm still taking electronic this and that. My food routine is pretty constant now. I'm kinda doing the Fit for Life trip. Kinda. For breakfast I have fruit and sometimes have more pieces of fruit during the day. I tend to have one "main" non-fruit meal a day in the afternoon or evening. Today it was a three-egg omelet, a couple of ounces of cheese, a tomato, and four small tostada pieces. That's fairly typical. Maybe once a week I eat out at Baja Fresh or Panda Express (not McDonalds!) for variety, but I invariably eat too much there.

I saw the doctor a week ago. It was fun trying to explain to her about electronic food, but overall she took it very well. I am taking some medication, but not much. Like I had none for five days after seeing the doctor; yesterday I took one 20mg tablet of Lotensin, and nothing so far today. I'll check...123/85 p73; 131/83 p69. I just ate my evening meal, so the readings probably don't count, but I'm not going to take any Lotensin tonight.

Electronic silver is fascinating. I made up some a month or so ago and took it and it seemed to clear up some respiratory infection, but it was hard to tell. I hadn't been taking it much after that. Then a friend who is a colloidal silver freak (i.e. he's been taking it daily for seven years and swears by it) told me you can tell it (colloidal silver) works by spraying it on smelly socks and it takes the smell away by killing the bacteria. Oh--so I can check out my electronic silver by spraying it on some smelly socks or something! So yesterday I made up some nice fresh 10-spread silver from a silver Eagle coin and sprayed it on my smelly armpits. I don't have any smelly socks, but armpits are always handy and you don't have to wonder where you left them. They weren't *really* smelly, but smelly enough for a test. And lo and behold, after some minutes the smell had gone. After a few hours they needed another spray to be freshened up, but that worked. In the interests of science, today I had a shower but carefully refrained from soaping them up or even getting them wet. All they have had in 30 hours is a few sprays of electronic silver. So far so good (right now they don't smell at all)--I'll try it for another 48 hours, then soap them up and wash off anything there except skin, then for a day or so I will spray them every few hours with plain water--just to make sure it's not the spraying of water that is taking away the smell. I don't think so, as I seem to remember that even taking a shower with lots of soap and water doesn't always get rid of all the smell, but I'll check. It looks encouraging so far anyway.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 12:01 AM and is updated periodically.

Bp/pulse: 134/90 p80; 141/90 p86; 122/81 p81; weight about 180 lb. I haven't taken any food/elec anything or even water so far today. The bp seems to be settling down again to something comfortable, which is a relief. For several days I have been eating about 50% real food and 50% electronic. The real food has not included wheat, corn or milk, although I have had a bit of plain yoghurt and I still eat cheese and butter.

The obsessive sex thoughts/images have been gone the past two days. A few days ago (3/14) I made up some elec sem, but after reversing the polarity on the magnets (turning them over). For the previous week the sex thing had returned and was very uncomfortable, but the reversed polarity electronic version took all the heat off within 24 hours. I had been taking the regular polarity elec sem daily still, but it wasn't having the desired effect; the reversed polarity stuff worked very rapidly. I took a squirt of the rev polarity stuff, then it seemed like I needed some more a minute later, so I took that, then again fifteen minutes after that, and another hour or two later. Then a couple of times the next day. I don't know if it is better to make up two versions of everything, one of each polarity, and take them together (would they cancel each other out or not?); or take them alternately during a day; or on alternate days; or a week each; or what--it needs experimentation to find out. But this does seem to be an important principle.

A friend, Van, commented jokingly that he would like to replicate a 20 year-old hottie. Which gives an interesting idea: what if you got two 55-gallon steel barrels, added the magnets and a wire between in the usual manner, and put a person in the input barrel? There would need to be the usual electrical connection between the "cans", and the person should be barefoot and touching the bottom and should probably also touch the sides of the barrel with his hands. What would be the result of taking squirts as usual of the replicated person? I have no idea. Going on the earlier theory that if you are having trouble with something then you don't have enough of it yet, it might be a solution for people who have trouble with each other. Obviously it needs the cooperation of the person to be replicated. It would probably work just as well to use a regular setup and put a "witness" (like a non-digital photograph, or a spot of the person's blood, or a lock of his/her hair) in the input can rather than using the actual person in a barrel. Another interesting experiment to be done. I'll try it with some photographs of people. I'll start with a photograph of my daughter, who hasn't contacted me for four years (she doesn't like me) and I don't even know where she is. She does know my address, though.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. This is a relief: the bp has been way up for a few days and I was beginning to think I would have to get back on some kind of medication again if I couldn't bring it down again. For the past couple of weeks I have been mainly eating refried beans, salsa, tostadas, eggs, cheese, some peanut butter, fresh tangerines and lemons straight from the tree, drinking some OJ, and a bit of whole grain cereal. I haven't drunk any milk except for a couple of cartons of yoghurt. Otherwise I have been drinking water, in the same amounts as normal. I tried to drink a lot more water, but I couldn't keep that up.

This is a very boring blog right now, but I guess it is time to start experimenting again as it doesn't look like my heart is about to crap out any more. So, what shall we start with ...? I guess it's time to cut out a bunch of food as I need to take off all those pounds I put back on again. Ho hum.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. It was OK when I first built it, but later I swapped a couple of important cans around and changed the configuration so it became (unintentionally) completely unworkable. I don't recall at what point I made the change, so I am throwing out all my 10-spread bottles of electronic this and that as I don't know which ones match the labels and which ones are just plain tap water.

I had another real tangerine, and a third of a cup of real OJ and real Vit C. Before noticing the error in the new FR, I was thinking that maybe all that electronic food does is to handle the "addiction" to food that one has, rather than provide the benefits of food to the body. We'll have to see. That would be wonderful all by itself for people addicted to things, and people who want to painlessly lose weight, but it doesn't help one when there is no real food around for an extended period.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

I had ten hours sleep last night. I feel good, no apparent fever, at last. Using my brand new digital thermometer I got a reading of 98.4 degrees, which is spot-on normal for me.

Bp and pulse readings: E, E, E, E, 126/90 p103; E, E, E. There is enough power in the batteries to inflate the cuff, and there is no low-battery indication. I'll try later and if still no go I'll wander up to a local pharmacy where they have a free public bp machine and try that.

I haven't consumed anything yet. I'm not going to have any electronic stuff for now, just drink some water and have a real tangerine.

For the record, I have been drinking a normal amount of water throughout this experimentation. I still feel thirsty in the same way as I did before--if such a thing as electronic water exists, it has had no noticeable effect on my system.

...I just had an idea. I took off my digital watch. I tried the bp machine again and it worked. Readings: 116/93 p57; 127/93 p93; 113/78 p79; 165/129 p40; 160/116 p64; 0; 91/81 p43; E. The "0" is what the machine showed as if the cuff hadn't inflated, although it had, as far as I recall. Whether these readings reflect my body or the machine going haywire, I don't know. Taking my pulse without any machine, just fingers on the wrist and counting for ten seconds, seems to give about 120. I say seems as the pulse beat is weird, not simple defined beats as it usually is.

As they say before showing some dangerous stunt, don't try this at home, folks!

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. I plucked the tangerine from the tree, so it was as fresh as can be and has not been sprayed with anything. They were delicious.

I then walked to a local store and bought a digital thermometer. When I came back I was a bit out of breath, more so than I usually would be after going for a walk, so I took my pulse with the machine. I didn't really notice the bp for the first measurement, but I noted it for subsequent ones: 13?/9? p125; 110/79 p137; 109/77 p131; 106/75 p130; 105/74 p129; 104/74 p128.

So what made the bp go down so drastically? I certainly didn't take any of my bp medication, either real or electronic. Was it the lemon/tangerine? I did take a few squirts of other electronic stuff, but I don't remember what apart from some electronic semen and electronic peanut butter. I'll record it next time. These other things didn't seem to affect my bp before. I ate the lemon and tangerine about 45 minutes before I took the readings.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

I just had half a lemon. Delicious. Last night I also had another spoonful of salted peanut butter. I don't feel too bad today.

My weight is around 178 lb.

Bp measurement: 139/102 p76; 154/104 p107; 124/89 p98; 134/98 p100; 134/97 p80; 140/97 p114. These figures are a bit all over the place, but I'm just going to let it ride--nothing here to worry about.

I don't feel hungry. My stomach feels empty, as it should, but I don't feel hungry. I don't feel the need to take any electronic food, even. When I started out with this a month ago, I imagined having little bottles of electronic meals, and a few times a day one would just go, "Ah, I feel like steak and mushrooms with baked potato" and take a squirt of that meal's bottle. It is beginning to seem like that is just a transition phase, and after a while one doesn't even need the squirt. In other words, one can survive perfectly happily with no real food and no electronic food any more.

Which of course brings up the question, would one then happily and without feeling bad continue to lose body mass until one dies? Personally, I am quite happy to lose weight down to around 165 lb. I am even willing to go a few pounds below that, but I am not willing to wither away to a skeleton and die. We'll have to see what happens. If the weight loss doesn't taper off when the excess body fat appears to have mostly gone, I will probably chicken out and eat enough real food to keep my body weight at a constant, comfortable level.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. What got me up was the idea that I need to eat some salt. So I had a spoonful of real peanut butter, made from peanuts and sea salt. I feel much better.

Bp: 152/109 p116; 145/103 p109; 138/97 p112; 142/93 p115; 141/97 p114; 129/97 p115. The bp is tolerable, but the pulse is way too high for me. Why so high? On a very simple level, the heart pumps oxygen-rich blood to the tissues and carries away waste carbon dioxide. So--in this idiot-simple analysis--either my tissues aren't getting enough oxygen or are producing too much carbon dioxide for a normal pulserate to handle. How to fix that, apart from abandoning my experimentation...?

...dunno. I'll think about it some.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. I must get a thermometer to get a more accurate measure than that obtained by feeling my forehead. Just before I got up half an hour ago my heart was pounding and I was thinking, my bp must be up around 180/130 like it used to be.

So I finally got up the courage to measure it: 126/101 p108; 128/94 p103; 141/96 p109; 139/92 p102; 132/91 p106; 136/97 p109. Surprise, surprise. I was thinking about having to juggle different strengths of electronic Lotensin/aspirin, but now I don't have to.

I just took some 10-spread vits, bean/cheese burrito, colloidal minerals and OJ. I don't feel hungry, but I figured I ought to take some electronic food anyway. I will have a mouthful of real OJ as well to assuage the ketosis taste in my mouth.

There's been a storm here for the past few days and the sun is shining again, which is nice. That storm certainly didn't help my mood.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. I just checked my pulse by finger and it seemed kinda slow, so I used the digital monitor. Results: 145/87 p41; 113/82 p37; 117/80 p39; 105/78 p71; 119/87 p74; 125/66 p61; 131/83 p82; 122/79 p73; 114/73 p73; 114/80 p64.

I guess I should follow my own statement of theory that electronic items can only be useful and never harmful to the body: if the body needs the item it will make use of it, and if the body doesn't then nothing untoward will happen (this principle could be incorrect). What I took an hour or so ago certainly seems to have affected the bp range.

Re the pulse, it reminds me of that three-frame Gary Larson cartoon where there are a herd of cows standing around on their hind legs socializing and drinking from champagne glasses; then a lookout cow yells "Car coming!"; and in the final frame as the car drives by all the cows are on all fours chewing grass as normal. It seems as if the pulse rate climbed up to what "it is supposed to be" while it was being monitored. Let's see what next time shows.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

I'm still breathing normally, I'm glad to say. Maybe the body only breathes because it doesn't have enough air and the electronic "home air" was fulfilling that need. I'm going to lay off the "home air" for now--it's too much at once.

Around 9:00PM last night I was still feeling crappy and had a 30 minute TMM bath and then went to bed. I just got up after 12 hours in bed and felt a bit better but not much. I still have a slight fever (this is by feeling--I don't have a thermometer) and the sensations are in line with detox reactions from taking TMM products that I've had many times. So it is not a bad thing (if that is what it is), and I will just carry on.

My weight is approx. 184 lb.

Bp and pulse measurements: 136/106 p87; 134/95 p83; 144/91 p77; 150/101 p91; 150/102 p85; 147/97 p85; 151/103 p86. That's OK: I can live with that for now.

The body seems to have gone into a dietary ketosis state, which makes sense. I'm not going to take any more 10-spread TMM for now, maybe ever, as there is so much going on with the shift from regular food to alternative energy sources (i.e. electronic food and environmental energy) that I don't want the added detox changes on top. Regular TMM stuff from the company is OK; it's just my own derivation--the 10-spread version--that seems too much for now.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

Shortly after I finished the last post I lay down for a couple of hours as I felt so crappy. I think that was the result of the 10-spread TMM causing a detox of something too fast for comfort. About 4:15PM I got up and went outside and started bouncing. TMM products are wonderful but I think this was a case of too much of a good thing.

After a bit it got freaky. There was no weakness and I didn't have any trouble keeping going. But near the end I was having trouble breathing, and I still am. Now, I don't mean struggling for breath, like there isn't enough oxygen, I mean more a case of the body doesn't want to go through the hassle of inflating and deflating the lungs and why bother as it can function fine without it?

Lying in bed this morning, after I had decided to go the whole hog and have nothing to eat or drink except for a normal quantity of water, I was thinking along the lines of where does this end? Like today no need for food, tomorrow no need for breathing or heart rate, the day after ??? In my last post when I checked my pulse and it was so slow, it quickly speeded up when I put attention on it and began to measure it. When I was bouncing it was banging away merrily at 120 or whatever it got up to while I was exercising. Right now it's down to 70 or 80 or whatever, nothing to get excited about. But what about that 30?

Years ago I recall reading a story of an Eastern mystic who would voluntarily be buried alive for a while--I don't recall the exact duration, but it was on the order of days not minutes--without food, or water, or air and would be eventually dug up and be fine. He supposedly went into a trance and a state of suspended animation, and thus was able to slow markedly or even stop his heart and lungs without any repercussions. The story seemed genuine enough, and the phenomenon is commonplace with animal hibernation, so the idea of a human being surviving with a very slow or stopped heartrate is not that outlandish.

But how about not just surviving in a state of suspended animation as in hibernation, but surviving in normal life going to the ballgame or driving the kids to school, except doing it all without breathing? In other words, a David Blaine endurance trick but done for real? Is this completely impossible?

I'm not setting out to try and stop breathing, just noting that this experiment seems to be heading in that direction, whether I like it or not. And with that pulse rate of 30....

Hey, maybe a week from now I'll be living on energy drawn in from the environment, with no heartrate and no breathing, but otherwise functioning normally. Since I would not have a heart that is discernably beating, or lungs that move, would that mean I would be part of the living dead? Do the "living dead" actually exist as people who don't breathe much or pump blood much and have weird habits because they haven't understood the condition well?

We'll see.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. I just had a few sips of water and nothing else. Yesterday I had been planning to go to the salad bar and take one of everything and use it to make up some electronic Sizzler salad, but later I decided I did not need to build up a large collection of every kind of electronic food imaginable. And indeed, walking around looking at the salad bar the only thing that seemed appealing was the tangerines (This isn't a criticism of Sizzler--it would have applied to any other salad bar too probably).

I had taken some 10-spread TMM earlier, and had the bottle in my pocket. I had read a warning about not holding such a bottle in one's hand for more than a few seconds, but it didn't seem to apply so I had forgotten about it. After an hour I was feeling pretty bad (fever, odd sensations in the chest) and remembered the warning, so took it out of my pocket and well away from my body. That improved the feelings a bit, which more or less subsided into a low-order fever.

That was a couple of hours ago. I just checked my pulse with my finger and it seemed to be about 30--very low. I grabbed a watch and checked again and it had sped up to a normal range. I did the whole bp trip just to check: 146/98 73; 153/101 75; 153/104 81; 155/100 75; 127/90 75; 145/100 76. I can live with that for now.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. So let's try zero real food, just water and electronic whatevers.

Bp/pulse tested just after I got up this morning: 173/113 p58; 157/103 p59; 167/107 p67; 161/102 p62; 158/109 p66. Man, this bp is all over the place. Yeah I know it sounds crazy, but it's line with all the other craziness, so let's see what happens.

I'm going to bounce some more. I'd like to lose another 22 lb. by my next doctor's appointment on April 30 [blood test Apr 23] and be completely off food then too. Getting off meds completely two months prior, having a bp of 120/80, being 30 lb. lighter and at an ideal weight, and being off food completely but very healthy should cause an interesting reaction!

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. I didn't really feel the urge for the peanut butter but the water I had just drunk felt funny in my stomach, so the peanut butter was just to offset the feeling somehow. It worked out OK. No other food I still have is particularly appealing--I'll eat if I need to, but I'm still not hungry.

I just measured my bp and pulse: 138/94 p67; 137/89 p74; 133/88 p73; 122/84 p73; 140/76 p75; 133/83 p78; 132/81 p80; 116/81 p73; 125/79 p74; 127/85 p81. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

Manufacturing went OK last night. Something that I took had an interesting effect in that I had a fever for several hours. I had a two-hour TMM bath which helped. I took some 10-spread silver, and felt the need to take more at hourly or 30-minute intervals for a few hours, then no further need last night. This morning I felt like some more, so had another squirt. When I woke up the fever had gone and I felt fine.

Bp time: 193/1-1 p68; 146/101 p67; 152/104 p70; 157/102 p74; 161/106 p76. I didn't bother to take any more. Obviously this isn't going in the right direction. I don't want to overreact and go back to the full dose of what I was taking before, as that just sent the bp too low. So I will try a couple of days of electronic versions of it and see what happens. I just took a squirt of electronic Lotensin and aspirin. If that doesn't work I'll take the real stuff. Grrr.

Maybe it will take a week or a month or a year for the body to adjust to electronic food instead of the real stuff. I don't feel hungry, although I will keep drinking water. Weight is still pretty much the same at about 188.

A few minutes after taking the electronic stuff just now, I felt like another squirt, which I took, and also measured bp again: 148/104 p72; 126/103 p60; 152/103 p70; 155/100 p69; 137/97 p74.

Let's try some trampoline bouncing....

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. I've just finish building a more sophisticated food replicator that will make up a far more useful replica. I just took the first product and will consume some of each as fast as I can make them. It's not the best science, but I don't have the luxury of taking one at a time and waiting a week or two to see if there is any significant effect before going on the next one.

I just took my bp and pulse again: 141/93 p70; 139/94 p70; 133/83 p78; 126/83 p68; 126/83 p68; 99/75 p76; 120/81 p80; 134/82 p74; 111/77 p77; 121/83 p78; 130/83 p77. This all averages out to 125/83 p75. OK so far.

I'll get on with the manufacturing.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

I slept fine. I went for a short walk to a local store to buy some more OJ. On the way back I felt weak. Grrrr

I talked to some people at home for an hour, drinking a cup of OJ. Then I did some bp and heartrate measurements:
E (error); 149/100 pulse64; 141/89 p66; 139/92 p66; 143/83 p71; 121/84 p71; 118/84 p69; 127/81 p75; 121/79 p79; 109/65 p67; 110/75 p?. How do I interpret these figures? Possibly the 149/100 reading (the first reading of a series often seems to be falsely high with this machine), which caused me to think along the lines of, "Oh God, it's not working, I'll have to go back on these drugs for the rest of my life" and similar thoughts stressed me enough to cause the next few readings to be high. Then I had become adjusted to the idea and accepted that if that is the way it is then that is the way it is, at which point I wasn't stressed out over the situation, and then without being stressed my bp and the readings of it fell to a more accurate reading from the false one. Possibly the meter is just a cheap piece of crap and isn't reliable at all. I prefer the first explanation, of course.

So I'm not going to take Lotensin this morning, either real or electronic. I will just assume any strange reactions and feelings are basically withdrawal symptoms and not worry about them too much.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

Wow, this is freaky!

I felt fine this morning, even bouncing for ten minutes on the trampoline, and didn't feel weak at all. I went into town, and around 3 PM started feeling a bit weak. It didn't subjectively feel as bad as yesterday, and I was kinda pleased as it would possibly mean that that the medication was forcing the bp low and maybe I could get off it entirely.

So when I got home about 4PM I sat down and took my bp in the same manner as yesterday. These are ALL the readings, apart from where the machine just read out E for error: 69/56 pulse96; 77/58 p97; 77/56 p97; 76/55 p95, E, E, E. Yikes! I felt OK, and if I hadn't been looking at these figures I wouldn't have been concerned at all. I thought there must be an error somewhere with the machine--wouldn't I be dead or feeling much worse if those figures were accurate? I head someone moving around in the kitchen and went out to see them to get at least a witness! Oh good, it's Jim--we've had discussions before about blood pressure, his as well as mine. I figured that this was all a result of eating electronic food and not real food, so ate some peanut butter. I was figuring if Iate normal food it would help to bring it up again. I thought maybe the bp monitor batteries were dying, so measured the voltage (about 1.8 volts, the usual) but I changed them for new ones anyway. Next readings: 118/75 p100; 114/72 p98; 110/58 p100; 91/63 p105; 86/52 p98; 86/58 p98; 92/56 p?. I still thought the monitor was faulty and reading way too low for some reason. Then Jim measured his own bp: 190/112; 195/119. That's his normal range, but he said it's a bit high.

I measured mine again: 110/68 p80 (with crossed legs--I uncrossed them); 94/77 p84; 89/53 p?; 87/57 p?. Then I had Jim measure my bp on his arm cuff, a proper one complete with stethoscope. He got 104/78 on my left arm and 117/? on my right. Note that Jim weighs around 300 lb. and has an outsize cuff, so that may alter the readings on relatively skinny me. Then I did some more on my machine and got E, E, 84/61 p?; 85/57 p84. Somewhere in there is a 93/61 p97.

I ate some real eggs to get some more of that into my system, even though I didn't feel hungry, and was about to eat something else when I had a different thought. Maybe the strain of having to metabolize this real food on top of the effects of the drug would make things even worse, so I stopped eating more at that point. I still wasn't feeling bad at all, and if I hadn't been measuring this stuff I would probably have noticed nothing amiss.

Usually my resting pulse is in the 60's. I guess the elevated pulse is the heart pumping harder as the pressure is too low.

I had a squirt of TMM 3x, rubbed some TMM gel on my chest, and am going off for a TMM bath. That's always good!

As for the entire bp medication, well, that's enough of that crap for life! Yay!!!

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

OK, blood pressure time. I'll put the results straight in here instead of writing them down first.

131/87; 119/82; 123/77; 125/76; 118/80; 130/77; 120/75; 120/73 p61; 125/78 p58; 110/82 p62; 120/80 p60; 115/80 p63.

When I used to use this monitor a few years ago, when my bp was in the 180/130 area, I would switch it on and press start. The cuff would inflate, then gradually deflate; then it would inflate again to a higher initial figure as it didn't start off high enough.

This morning, it didn't pick up the reading the first time and reinflated, and I thought, Oh God, it's gone back up to 160 or so and now I'm really screwed. It was an anxious time waiting for the reading. 131/87, not so bad. But what will the next one be--higher or lower? It turned out OK, very good in fact. Relief! Tossing out the highest and lowest, the average comes to 121/78 pulse 61. Now, that would be just perfect if it stayed around there.

But how to achieve that? I took Lotensin 24 hrs ago, and Adalat 36 hours ago. If there is *none* of this stuff in my system, then that's OK, but I think it hangs around longer than that. I'll look it up....

Well, I didn't find exactly what I wanted. But Lotensin apparently acts slowly over weeks, and I seem to remember that after starting on this stuff my bp gradually drifted down to a comfortable range. So I just took a 40mg Lotensin tablet.

I don't feel as weak as yesterday, so let's see what happens. I'll check the bp later today.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

You'll note in the FR blog comments about weakness [see post immediately before this one. This post has been transferred in from where I recorded it at the time]. I didn't put it all down there, but here's some more data.

The weakness and tiredness is true. I've also been suffering from slight dizziness/feeling faint sometimes, some odd depression that comes and goes. Odd in that there is no obvious reason for it--I should be elated at what's been going on lately.

I hunted around for a possible reason as lack of real food didn't seem to be generally it. I took lots of real food this afternoon, and it didn't fix the problem. I've been taking medication for high blood pressure for the past two years after I had a stroke. Before the stroke my bp, the few times I had it checked, was in the 160/100 to 180/120 range. I think it had been high all my life, but I never took it seriously enough to do anything about it. After the stroke--from which I still suffer numbness/tingling in my right side--I have been dutifully taking blood pressure medication, which lowered it to around 120/80, which kinda made me very happy in that I no longer had a problem with high blood pressure, even if I now had the problem of taking the drugs (I don't like taking drugs of any kind). But I figured that was the lesser of the two evils. For the record, I was taking 40 mg of Lotensin (benzapril) and an aspirin (325 mg) in the morning, and Adalat (30 mg nifedipine) in the evening. I cut this down to 20 mg of Lotensin in the morning with my doctor's approval several months ago, but my bp went up and so I reverted to the 40 mg.

Enter the FR and e-food. As of this morning, I have continued to take my medication, like a good little boy. I wondered about it in the new circumstances, but decided that I would continue with it while I felt I needed it. About 5 days ago, I made up some electronic Lotensin and aspirin, and took it; then a couple of days ago some electronic Adalat and took that [if you're wondering why I did that, well, the FR is an experimental device, and I was experimenting, and there is no prior similar research published on the Net that I know of].

This evening--I haven't taken the evening Adalat dose yet--while trying to find the cause of the tiredness, I noted that symptoms of low blood pressure sometimes include weakness, tiredness, dizziness/fainting, depression. All of which I've been having the past few days. Oh, I thought.

I have a finger digital blood pressure monitor that I haven't used for a few years, so I dug it up, and put batteries in it, and tested my bp. Understand that the readings sometimes vary by as much as 30 points from one test to the next, so when I was using it regularly years ago I would measure it five times and take an average, ignoring out any single very odd reading. Let's see what happened today. The third reading is pulse.

First one, 143/91 p68. Uh-oh, I thought, bang goes another theory. But I persisted through another 11 readings: 120/73 p69, 104/65 p71, 87/59 p73 [I thought the batteries were crapping out at this point], 102/53 p76, 105/53 p77, 96/56 p78, 103/55 p79, 111/56 p71, 104/59 p79, 109/58 p?, 112/65 p79. Throwing out the highest and the lowest reading, the average of the remaining ten is 107/59. Eureka!

That is low bp, for me at any rate. So what to do about it? Let's see, what are my options? Maybe I should go along to my doctor, explain to her that I've been experimenting with a $5 food replicator and electronic food and that now I don't need the drugs, and what does she recommend? Yeah, right. However, a couple of months ago I had had slightly low bp (like 112/75) at my regular doctor's visit, that I thought was being caused by some different weird stuff I was doing, and she said it was OK for me to reduce the morning Lotensin to 20 mg, but monitor the bp and if it went back up, then revert. So I did that, it went back up, and I reverted to the 40 mg dose and have stayed on it ever since.

I can't imagine my doctor embracing the idea of e-food! Being the way I am, I will markedly cut down the drugs. I will continue to take the electronic versions, as you can take electronic plutonium (I think, but don't guarantee it) and it won't do the body any harm, but will cut out the aspirin and the Adalat for now. I will monitor my bp at least twice a day, and we'll see what happens.

Do I recommend anyone else self-medicates like this? Hell no! It could be very dangerous, even fatal. But I'm me, so that's the way it is. If I don't ever write any more entries in my blogs....

A footnote re all that food I ate earlier. Now I wish I hadn't. It feels gross in my stomach. Oh well, live and learn.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. I started bouncing on the trampoline but couldn't take it--had to lie down for a while!

I went for a short walk and when I got back I was feeling very weak again and had to lie down for a bit. Then I decided the problem was lack of real food. I had been craving peanut butter (the real stuff, made from just peanuts, and in a new bottle there's 1/4" of peanut oil on top), maybe the need for real protein, maybe the need for the unsaturated fat. Anyway, I ate half a jar from a spoon. It was great! A couple of hours later I still felt weak, so decided to eat some more food, and had three scrambled eggs. Then two bowls of whole-grain cereal and milk. At the end of that my stomach was full, and I stopped, feeling somewhat better. Then two hours later I still felt weak and lay down for a couple of hours. Maybe there's something else wrong. Usually when I'm not feeling good because of lack of food or water, eating nourishing food or drinking water fixes it up pretty quickly.

I hunted around for different possibilities and finally found out what I think is the culprit, and took steps to fix it. It will probably take a couple of days to see a result, so we'll see. I haven't decided whether or not to go into details here.

By the way, I am honest enough to accept that not eating real food is the reason IF it is the reason. Obviously I would prefer that not to be so, but the truth is the truth, and if that turns out to be the real reason, then so be it. But I don't think so at the moment.

Also note (9:15PM as I write this), that real food I ate is laying heavy in my stomach and Iwish I hadn't eaten it).

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. I finally got up after laying in bed thinking for two hours. Then after a couple of hours I went back to sleep for three more hours. Strange sleep urges.

Getting three or four hours of sleep a night and being wide-awake afterwards is like it was when I started on the TMM stuff last August. It could be that the body uses a lot of energy in digesting food and recovering from it afterwards with sleep, so if there isn't much digesting going on then there isn't so much need for sleep. We'll see.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

Interesting thoughts today.

Note I refer to an "electronic replica" of something. This is a convenient misnomer. What the Food Replicator appears to do is to replicate and markedly intensify the energy frequencies of that something. "Electronic Big Mac" is shorthand for "The replicated and intensified energy frequencies of one particular Big Mac, impressed onto and stored in tap water."

I'm a 53-year-old guy. For most of my adult life, I've been kinda overwhelmed on the subject of sex, with various compulsions/obsessions going on. Nothing illegal, just an intense interest in women's bodies, pornography, masturbation, that kind of "normal" stuff. I've tried at various times to mentally work out what's going on and change my ways, get interested in more healthy pursuits, but nothing lasting ever worked and I would slip back into the same old, same old.

On January 23 I made up an electronic replica (maximum strength) of my own semen and took a few squirts of it (the replica, not the original) throughout the day. The idea was that I was again going to try and get out from under the obsession with sex, as then I would free up my attention for more practical things. I also made up a slew of lesser strengths, from .1 to .9 [this is on a linear taper, not a more correct logarithmic taper]. Nothing noticeable happened, although I continued to take it most days.

I had a large porn collection, like a lot of single guys. Over the past months I'd been trying to delete bits of it, but never did. "No, I can't get rid of *that* one, it's too good" for almost every picture. I could never get enough--maybe I would have needed a million pictures before I would have been willing to get rid of a few of them. Anyway, on February 10, a week ago, I deleted the whole damn lot in one fell swoop, with no regrets. I stopped masturbating, and in the past week I have not had any compulsions/obsessions on sex. I haven't suddenly become impotent, and I can still appreciate a pretty girl, but the insane part has disappeared out of it.

Obviously I have been aware of the change, but I only today related it to the daily squirts of electronic semen. It took two weeks of daily use for the effect to occur.

How does this occur--what possible kind of theory could be behind it all? Wild speculation begins:

This all happens at the energy field level, the interaction of one's personal energy fields (body and being), the universal energy field, and the energy fields of various substances in the environment. Regular food contains energy fields of the substances being consumed, which interact with the body's energy fields and go toward providing the daily energy requirements; some comes from the atmosphere/environment; some may come from elsewhere. On a gross level, the food gets metabolized in the way described in biology texts. It is possible to live without eating food, as long as the body's energy requirements are met by other means, like the atmosphere/environment. Witness some eastern mystics and others. None of this is new theory, and is well covered by others in long-published works.

Electronic food provides the needed energies of different frequencies, without involving the grosser metabolism functions. They just get bypassed. The energies are more effectively assimilated, in fact, as the body doesn't have all that (unnecessary?) waste disposal to do. This idea isn't particulary novel, either.

But what happened with this sex thing I just experienced? My original idea in making up the electronic semen was that my compulsion and obsession to produce semen--far more than is needed by the overflow theory forcing a discharge--was an indication of a need for the electronic frequencies of sex, which was being temporarily satisfied by masturbation and the mental creation of electronic frequencies of sex (i.e. visualizing myself with naked women, etc.) If I provided myself/my body with those energy frequencies in a purer form then this might satisfy the need, without having to continually visualize sexual situations. So now, with the need for those energy frequencies being satisfied by taking electronic semen, there is no need for all the obsessive and compulsive behavior involved in producing them by grosser means.

Many years ago I read of the principle that, "If you're having a problem with something, you don't have enough of it yet." The resolution of the problem in this psychotherapy involved mentally visualizing different aspects of it in different ways, thereby satisfying the need for that [whatever the subject of the problem was]. Like if you have a problem with seeing black cats, enough visualizing of black cats using a certain precise procedure (or more than one) would satisfy the lack of black cats in one's mind, and once it has been done--which might take many hours--then one wouldn't be bothered by seeing a black cat any more. So in line with this, it seems my problem with sex was not caused by insufficient testosterone, or problems with my mother when I was a child, or past life transgressions, or the planets being out of alignment, or an overactive gland, but by an insufficiency of sexual energy frequencies. Note that years ago, when I last had a satisfying sexual relationship with a woman, there was no compulsive/obsessive behavior--it looks like I had all the required sexual frequencies without having to resort to such. Now, today, the need for these frequencies having been satisfied by the simple expedient of taking the electronic replica of "sex", the problem is solved. The problem was merely due to not enough sex.

So how far might this principle go? Could one really handle lifelong problems for a few bucks in a couple of hours or days or weeks?

Addicted to cigarettes? Simple, take electronic tobacco (or more probably, electronic smoke made by bubbling cigarette smoke through water and then putting the water in the Food Replicator) for a week or so, while smoking if one has to, in order to satisfy the need for the electronic frequencies found in cigarettes

What if one has a problem with "George", a person one comes into contact with regularly. What if one takes a "witness" of George, like a hair, or a blood spot, or a photograph (not digital), and puts it in the Input can, then makes up an electronic replica in the usual manner? Then would taking it (i.e.squirting a bit in the mouth) over a period of time satisfy the need for "more George", even though the sight of George normally makes one want to run away? This problem having been reduced simply to "not enough George", the remedy for the problem could be "provide more George in acceptable form until the need is fulfilled." Having real George in one's face is not acceptable, but a few squirts of water daily is surely tolerable by anyone, if one ignores the incredulity factor. This won't necessarily mean that George starts behaving any better to one--although it might--but one's reaction would not be obsessively or compulsively one of discomfort. Of course if George is a psycho wielding a bloody axe, one would not want or expect the reaction of standing there smiling until one's smile bounced off the floor.

How about a dislike of gardening? In the same way, maybe one could gather as many of the little bits of the gardening experience together, and put them in the Input can. Like a small piece of dirt, tiny bits of every variety of plant (leaf, stem and root maybe) in the garden, scrapings from the different gardening implements and garden furniture, fence posts, bits of as many insects as one could find, a bit of compost etc. Then prepare the mixture in water and alcohol maybe, mixing it up and leaving it for a bit so that the fluid contained a little bit of everything. Then run it through the replicator and take the intensified energetic essence of gardening in the normal manner.

Let's define for now the "normal manner" as taking a 5-spread squirt every four hours, roughly, for a few days and then at least once daily for a few weeks after that. This frequency may be modified by experience. If there is an urge to take it more frequently or less frequently, then do so if you wish to. The 5-spread should allow the effective strength to be approximated, and the repeated consumption of the replica over that time period should be enough to allow whatever effect will occur to take place. The actual time frame would need to be researched to see what works.

What else? People and places are relatively easy, as one just takes representative items, either a witness or scrapings of this and that. But how about "a strong dislike of classical music"? That might work by taking a bottle of water and putting it near to a speaker while that music is being played. That procedure would work with pretty much any sound. Could one take a bottle of water, stand it in an office for a few days to "absorb the ambience" and then replicate that?

How about a "fear of waiting"? You can't walk around a "fear of waiting" and take scrapings of it to go into a bottle. But what if you take a bottle of water and mentally project that fear into the water over a period of time (ten minutes? an hour? Five hours?). Would the water accept and retain the required frequencies? Could you then replicate and intensify that and then take the replica to solve the problem of "not enough fear of waiting" by providing the person the energy frequencies of "fear of waiting" in adequate quantity?

How about the "an unwillingness to tidy up the mess in my room"? How would I remedy it? How do I get the required frequencies into the Input can? I could take photographs of tidy rooms and put them in the Input can. What if I put several in, of rooms of all different shapes and sizes, with the only common factor being they all looked neat. Would that work? Should I just draw neat geometric figures on a sheet of paper to represent the concept of order, and put that in? Should I fill up the bottle with water and mentally beam tidy thoughts at it (or thoughts involving the unwillingness to produce tidiness) and then replicate that? I'll try this one out as I've suffered from it all my life.

How about a lack of money, as in an unwillingness to have much of it? I know the prevailing idea is that no-one *wants* to remain poor, but sometimes that is hard to swallow when you have a poor guy, you give him a bunch of money, he wastes it and soon is broke again. Anyway, being broke would (assuming the theory above) indicate a problem with money, not enough energy frequencies of money. So where would you get energy frequencies of money from to replicate and intensify? Put cash or precious metals or jewels in the Input can? Have a bottle of water and mentally beam concepts at it involving money? And then replicate that bottle of water and take that?

As I said, wild, wild speculation. But the Food Replicator is an experimental device. So experiment with it, but responsibly. Don't suddenly abandon professional care and dash off into the unknown.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

I had the urge to exercise today, so I've been bouncing on the mini-trampoline for a total of a couple of hours, which is interesting, as I normally use that thing once every three months or so. I spent half an hour weeding in the garden as I wanted some sun on the body. Then I also felt the urge for a l-o-n-g TMM bath, like a couple of hours, which I did, followed by the TMM gel rub again.

All I had eaten of real food today by about 4PM was half a cup of orange juice, apart from drinking water as usual. I'd had a few squirts of yesterday's burrito and so on and I didn't feel particularly hungry, but the idea of some toast and cheese was appealing. Turns out I didn't have any cheese left, so I ended up with an omelette and ketchup and three slices of toast and lots of butter. Like yesterday, the first taste of wholewheat toast was w-o-w, but that aspect went away near the end. Five minutes later I felt like lying down and ended up feeling wiped out and sleeping for a couple of hours. Moral: maybe I shouldn't eat until I'm hungry! I feel kinda polluted right now. Maybe it was too much butter, but it's more a sensation of real food being gross as I'm getting more and more accustomed to electronic food, and that is becoming the norm. Weird. Instant evolution, although I'm more of a Pye guy.

I asked roommate Jerry to help with the experiment. He's the guy I got the original actual coffee from a few days back. I gave him a squirt of maximum-strength electronic coffee after telling him what it was around 12:30 PM today, and said I'll ask him tomorrow if he noticed anything. He was agreeable, having grown somewhat accustomed to my strange ideas.

I decided to rebuild the Food Replicator with the audio taper potentiometer I have. I have not been using the linear taper pot for over a week, just using a basic version instead. There has been the question of what is the best strength to use. I'm going to try it like this: the pot has a variable resistance between say 10 ohms and 100,000 ohms. I'll calibrate it with the wheatstone bridge I have, so I can find the start and end points accurately. Let's say it's at 15 ohms and 83,200 ohms. The minimum current figure--at 83,200 ohms I will call ".001" or "min" and mark on the dial; the maximum current figure at 15 ohms I will call ".999" and mark on the dial. The last pot I calibrated had extra travel of the knob, maybe 20 degrees, beyond where the resistance actually changed, so this range is meant to be the effective range of the pot where the resistance varies, not the effective range of travel of the knob. OK, so we have the start and end point. Halfway will be ".5", and I'll mark in another two points at .25 and .75. Although the resistance of the audio taper pot varies logarithmically, the scale will be linear, just like on a volume control, but with five points marked. I will make up five replicas of each food sample, one at each of those resistance settings. To take a "squirt" of the electronic food would then involve taking a "5-spread" of the sample, i.e. a 5-spread of electronic peanut butter ("e-pb") would be a squirt each of min e-pb, .25 e-pb, .5 e-pb, .75 e-pb and max e-pb. Mixing the five into one bottle , stirring it up, and taking a squirt of that would work, but putting that 5-spread bottle into the food replicator input can would destroy the individual strengths and you would just have a single strength replicated into the output can. Lacking an easy method of determining what strength would be best, I'll just use the 5-spread method in testing, and hope I hit a useful one in there. Maybe a 10-spread is needed, but I have to start somewhere.

So let's see....

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. So I had a bean and cheese burrito at Baja Fresh. The first mouthful of pico de gallo was unexpectedly overwhelming. Food hadn't tasted as breathtakingly taste-full as that since eating while on acid thirty years ago. It took about three minutes to get through that first mouthful. But by the end of the burrito it just tasted like a regular one. I felt like I could have stopped half-way through, but I wasn't going to waste it. I saved little pieces of everything to make up an electronic replica.

OK, so I'll replicate that; and some zinc and lecithin, probably just in the original vits bottle from a couple of days ago....

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. The electronic cashews didn't keep me awake.

I bounced on the mini-trampoline for 20 minutes and took a lovely TMM bath for an hour then rubbed TMM gel in all over. I figure that if I'm going to lost 30 lb. in the next month or so that will be a bunch of loose skin to be fixed up and this is a good way of doing it.

I had half a cup of real OJ along with the BP meds for breakfast, then some squirts of the usual stuff. Then I tried a squirt of electronic garlic. It didn't taste of anything. Then later on I had my first "food", a squirt of electronic cereal and milk.

The idea is to drink half a cup of OJ and as much water as I want a day, and no solid food, just whatever electronic food I want. Like I have some electronic chocolate biscuit for a treat later on. But if I notice a big problem with not eating more real food, I will eat say a small meal a day of real food or whatever. If it doesn't work to cut down permanently on real food, then it doesn't work. We will just have to wait and see.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. All of the above went into the make up bottle with a little bit of tap water and I am preparing some electronic omelette right this second after mixing it up a bit by shaking it around a little. I toyed with the idea of taking the bits I needed for the bottle and throwing the rest out, but, as everyone knows, the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. God, it tasted good! I only ate a tiny, tiny sliver of garlic, but even that is kinda overwhelming if you don't eat it often. I wonder what the electronic variety will be like!

Well, I'll tell you soon.

I don't eat enough vegetables. I think it would be a good idea to go to Sizzler for brunch on Sunday and get a little bit of everything for my collection. I'll have to find someone to ferry me there.

I'll have to get a mortar and pestle too. I'm sure I've got one somewhere....

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. So far today I've taken electronic vits and some TMM 3x neutralizer. Unfortunately, I can't find the electronic omelette anywhere, so I'll have to make some more. No mushrooms left, so it'll just be eggs, butter, cheese, tomato ketchup, toast.

But first I'm going to mail my friend Bob some electronic coffee.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

I finally got to sleep around 2AM, I think, after looking at coffee pictures/structures/concepts all the time. I still feel saturated with it. I offered Gail some but she declined again. I think I must have freaked her out a bit.

I was thinking some more about the ramifications. Now, let's see... here's a machine that costs no more than a couple of bucks, that your twelve-year-old child could make from parts you might well have laying around the house anyway, that doesn't need any high-tech power source and so is usable in a third-world village as well as Manhattan, that makes electronic food of any kind (providing someone somewhere had the real stuff originally) at zero cost for the rest of your life, that possibly benefits the body more than real food even if it is not as mentally stimulating as a juicy steak. If this is really true, and I'm not just hallucinating, what would happen if it were known about and used widely? Is this maybe the answer to Peak Oil? I need to do some more experimentation, a bit more seriously.

I'll see what it's like not eating for a few days. I will still have a mouthful or two of real orange juice along with the real colloidal minerals in the morning, mainly because I take an aspirin daily (part of high BP medication) and one is supposed to take it with food. But apart from water, that's it for the real food for now. I need to lose some weight and I want to get back to about 165 lb. again, which I haven't been since summer 1996. I am theorizing that I will stay healthy and my weight will stabilize around that 165 lb., as I weighed around there for most of my adult life, and I am happy with that weight. The theory I heard is that if you eat a good diet your weight will fall to your ideal weight if you start off overweight, and increase to your ideal weight if you start off underweight. So we'll see.

Oh, I rubbed some TMM gel on all over again. Good stuff.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

Man, this eating sure is a hard habit to break! I went to sleep around 10:30PM last night and got up when I woke up bright and early at 5:30AM (very unusual). The last two nights I have woken up early for no obvious reason, which is unusual.

Around 8AM when I saw her, I gave Gail another squirt of electronic whatever in an inch of orange juice, again deliberately telling her nothing beyond getting permission for the squirt. I made up some electronic vitamins (A&D, B Complex, ascorbic acid, E, a drop of iodine, some powdered calcium gluconate and powdered magnesium carbonate, and some water). These are vitamins I routinely take, on and off. I should have put the lecitihin in there, but forgot.

I didn't do much experimentation today, spending time instead reading about something completely different. I did make up some electronic coffee (black) and some electronic cashew nuts. What I have eaten today in terms of real food is at breakfast (hah!) half a cup of OJ and some colloidal minerals, some lecithin, some vitamins (A&D, B Complex, ascorbic acid, E, a drop of iodine, some powdered calcium gluconate and powdered magnesium carbonate, and some water); around midday I had a medium-sized bowl of cereal and yoghurt; around 6 PM I had a few handfuls of cashew nuts.

Gail came home, and I started talking to her around 7:30, about what she had been doing during the day. I then asked her if she had noticed any effects from the water I gave her. She searched her memory a bit, and then said that a person she had been with commented on her being calmer [she has been looking calmer the past couple of days, but this is not necessarily related]; also that she hasn't felt hungry today [i.e. she did not feel as hungry as she would have done normally]. Bingo! Right answer. I then said that I had given her some electronic food, without describing it further. She then figured this was just the eloptic thing, and I said something like that but didn't go into detail at all. She then said, oh, maybe that explains why I have been thinking of eggs all day. I then told her that this wasn't just any food, but actually an electronic cheese and mushroom omelette, which I found very interesting. It could all be telepathy and suggestion, of course, as this wasn't a double-blind trial or anything, but it was encouraging.

Also, around 7PM I took a short squirt of electronic black coffee. Now, I don't drink much coffee. I love the smell of it, and even the taste of it, but decided long ago it was a bit too rough on the body so I probably drink about a cup a month if that. Man! Has it been weird this evening. My mental space is *full* of coffee, starting about 15 minutes after I took it. That was nearly five hours ago. I hope it doesn't keep me awake.

Gail drinks a lot of coffee. I offered her some electronic coffee, but she declined.

But I've been thinking. What do I do with this stuff? The procedure is relatively simple and I can't believe no-one has discovered this before. It is kinda outrageous, though.

Obvious experiments to do are 1. Substitute electronic food for all real food for a week and see what happens (this would be for me of course, usual experimenter ethics 2. Give people squirts and see if they can tell what it is. (This coffee one is really amazing!)

Note I've been drinking the same amount of water that I usually do. I don't intend to change that, at least not for the time being. Note also that I'm still taking several squirts of electronic jalapenos, home air, vitamins, which don't produce any obvious effect now.

That coffee (electronic) was really strong. I don't know if it was just because of it being coffee and I don't normally take it, or because of a change in the manufacture of it. The actual coffee had just been made and was hot; I put hot water in the water bottle to match it; I oriented the replicator north-south (within 20 degrees, anyway) with the real coffee to the south; and left it for about 45 minutes while I had a TMM bath followed by an all-over TMM gel rub. Normally I leave it about 10 minutes.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

Today is the first day I gave some to someone else--Gail, a room-mate. I squirted a bit in a small amount of water in a cup and told her it was energized water. I deliberately did not tell her what it was, or what effect it was supposed to have, if any. It was water energized with a cheese and mushroom omelette. She was in the process of making an omelette. She looked real hungry beore she started. She drunk the energized water, said it felt good in her stomach, and did things in her stomach, like reached parts that needed reaching. She then ate the omelette, with bread, and had another egg, then we talked for a bit about other stuff and then she went off to work.

Me? Today I weigh about 190, down from 195 or so a week ago. I still feel like I am eating more out of habit than need, like I haven't really been *feeling* hungry, just thinking that I ought to eat! It's a tricky habit to get out of. The only real food I've had today is half a cup of orange juice, 1 1/2 ounces of colloidal minerals, and the usual blood pressure medication (40 mg Lotensin and 325 mg aspirin). Electronic "food" has been squirts of colloidal minerals and orange juice; the omelette water I gave Gail; "house air"; "house tap water"; and jalapeno seeds.

Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 and is updated periodically.

How to Build Your Own Food Replicator (last updated September 24, 2005)

Read the Disclaimer and Warning again. You do all this at your own risk.

Materials needed:

Two matching tin cans
Some circular magnets
One lead with two alligator clips or equivalent
A means of checking circuit continuity
At least two matching cylindrical plastic or glass bottles or similar containers

1. Get hold of two new, matching food-grade tin cans, like two cans of the same tomato paste. Don't use cans that held rat poison, for example. Take the tops off. Empty out the contents. Clean out the cans. Don't worry about the glue that held the label on.

2. Place the magnets on the bottom of one of the cans, placing them all the same way around. If you use circular (disc-shaped) magnets, one of the flat sides will be the north pole and the opposite flat side will be the south pole. If you hold the flat sides of two magnets next to each other, if a pole faces a similar pole, i.e. both north or both south, then the magnets will repel each other, and if north faces south, then they will stick together. Put the magnets on the can so that all the magnets are facing the same way, whether it is the north pole or the south pole that is touching the can. I use five circular ones I got in a packet of 25 at a craft store, 3/4 inch in diameter and 1/8 inch (2 cm across and 4 mm thick).

2A. It is possible that the effects from taking electronic versions of things diminish after a time, and it may then be beneficial to take electronic versions of things made with the opposite magnetic polarity (i.e. flip all the magnets over on the bottom of the input can). This is still under test. It is not yet known if it is best to replicate everything twice, once at each polarity, and take the two versions together, on alternate days, alternate weeks, or what. But bear it in mind.

3. Place the other can about 7"-10" away. The exact distance is not critical, but make sure the magnets do not obviously influence the other can. You could check for influence with a compass needle, but unless you have a very big magnet it should be OK.

4. Connect the cans together with the lead. You can solder the lead on at the base, or just connect them with a lead clipped on each can. Make sure there is an electrical connection or the device {probably} won't work. The best part of the can for this is the overlapping strip that runs the length of the can. You can check this connection with a $14.99 multimeter from Radio Shack or use other means. If you don't have any other way, use two leads: clip one between one can and the positive terminal of an ordinary 9 volt battery and clip the other between the second can and the negative terminal of the battery. Touch the edges of the cans together and you should get a spark where they touch; then unclip the leads from the battery but not the cans and just clip the leads together.

5. Fill up one of the sample bottles with tap water. Bottled or filtered water may or may not work; tap water does. Put it aside--don't put it in the replicator yet.

6. Put bits of food or drink into a matching sample bottle. Do not use a different kind of sample bottle--they must match. If the food is dry, add some water or alcohol, and mix it up a bit and let it stand for a bit to allow the liquid to absorb the different kinds of food. (Optional: Just toss the mixture into the bottom of the can).

7. First place the food sample bottle standing up in the approximate center of the input can--the one with the magnets on the bottom. Then place the plain water sample bottle in the center of the other can, the output can. (Or place the food in the food can then the water in the other one).

8. Wait at least ten minutes. It is thought that leaving it longer than ten minutes will not make the output sample any stronger.

9. First remove the sample bottle from the output can, then the original food sample from the input can. Don't do it the other way round. Don't eat the food from the input sample can. Save it for a later experiment or throw it away, but do not assume it is unchanged. If you are saving it, label it in such a way that you know what it is and don't swallow any of it by mistake. (Optional: if not using bottles, find something to store the "water" in now).

10. Label the replica sample bottle from the output can appropriately. For example "Scrambled eggs, cheese, tomato, toast, butter, ketchup, parsley: Replica or R [strength]". (Strength will be discussed later).

11. Drink some! Take a small squirt, maybe 10 drops, enough to know you have definitely taken it. Squirt it into your mouth, under your tongue. Don't take any other food or drink ten minutes before and after. It may only be necessary to take a single drop. It is not necessarily true that taking twice as much is twice as good, or even any different in effect.

12. It may take a while for an effect to be noticed. It is not known what difference it makes to take more some hours later or on the following day or days. As it says at the top, you are experimenting at your own risk. Some items may take as long as two weeks of daily use to create a noticeable effect. You may feel the urge to take another squirt two minutes after the first one: it may be best to take another squirt then. Rules on how often is best are not yet known.

13. Before your replica sample gets more than half-empty, make up another replica bottle. Example: With the Replicator wired up correctly, put the coffee replica in the input can (the can with the magnets on the bottom). Then put a fresh sample bottle containing only tap water in the output can, as before. Leave for ten minutes. Remove the sample bottle from the output can first, then the input can. Label the new bottle, "Coffee Replica [strength]". Remember the sample you put in the input can is now at maximum strength, whatever it was before. Don't think it is unchanged.

14. Put the half-used Replica Master away, and don't drink from it any more. Just use it to make up more replica samples.

15. And yes, you can make up a replica from a replica, so people can make an infinite chain of these. Provided it is done correctly. If in doubt and you think you are just getting plain, unaltered tap water, go back in the chain to the point you are certain the label is accurate. If in doubt, start at the beginning.

16. Standard science will not be able to explain any interesting effects except in terms of auto-suggestion or you being hypnotized, so don't be surprised if you go holy-molying over to your friendly scientist and he just laughs at you.

17. To jazz up the Replicator, one option is to get hold of an audio potentiometer, like an old volume control from some junked radio. Or buy one new from Radio Shack for $3. Make sure it's an audio potentiometer and not a linear one. Wire it between the cans. Calibrate it in some way with a voltmeter, say from 0 (.001) to 1.0, where .001 indicates the highest resistance and 1.0 the lowest. You might find that ".4 coffee" (i.e. with the resistance set at the .4 mark on your dial) is better than ".1 coffee" or "1.0 coffee". It is not true that full-strength electronic food is necessarily better than lower-strength. It's just easier to build a full-strength-only Food Replicator.

18. One problem with using the potentiometer in the food replicator is that you can only produce one strength at a time, and it's tricky to know what the best one is. A viable alternative, which can be done without any soldering, is to get a pack of assorted resistors from Radio Shack ($5.99). This is what I did: from this pack I took resistors with an ohm value of 1,000,000; 470,000; 220,000; 100,000; 56,000; 10,000; 1,000; 100. I also used a lead all by itself, and it had a resistance of 7 ohms. Another lead, a thicker one, has a resistance of .05 ohms. So that is a pretty good range, from .05 up to 1,000,000. I took a lead with two alligator clips on it, and snipped off one of the clips, then bared an inch of wire on the lead. I twisted the wire with one of the ends of the resistor, and clipped the other end of the resistor to the can with the alligator clip. Similarly for the other resistors, each with its own lead and can*. Now in one ten minute production effort I can make up ten little bottles of replicated X, each at a different strength. Mixing these together gives a bottle containing all ten strengths. I then rinse out the ten bottles and use them for the next item. This method bypasses the problem of not knowing what strength to use. If there's a liability to using this method for food, I don't know it.** Note that you can't take the bottle of mixtures and put it in the Input can, as it would only produce a replica with one strength.

*There is a photo of this food replicator at http://www.freewebs.com/fzglobal/foodreplicator.htm

**Later addition: It's not recommended that you do this! It seems to be too harsh on the body. My current suggestion is to take one strength, maybe using a 1,000 ohm resistor, and see how that goes. Then maybe change it later as seems sensible to you.

19. Unless you're real good about reading the value of resistors from the color-coded stripes on each one, you should label them so you know which is which. Once you have one twisted onto a lead, you can just write the value on a small strip of paper and fix it to the lead with a piece of scotch tape.

20. (Skip this point if it's too much). The "strength" of the replica from the output can is inversely proportional to the resistance used in making it. A useful thing to quantify is not the resistance of the lead plus resistor, but the conductance, increased by a factor of a million. So a resistor with a resistance of 2,000 ohms has a conductance of 500 megasiemens (MS), and one of 100,000 ohms resistance would have a conductance of 10 MS. A "low-strength" replica would then be created through a heavy resistance of 1,000,000 ohms (conductance of 1 MS), and a "high-strength" replica from very low resistance of 1 ohm would have a conductance of 1,000,000 MS. It would not be exactly correct to say that a replica made with a conductance of 20,000 MS has a "strength" of 20,000 MS, but it's good enough for now to say it has a strength of 20,000.

21. The Food Replicator seems to be safe when only used with food, as long as you remember to eat real food as well. I started off making food items at about 1,000,000 strength. This isn't necessarily the best way to start, just the easiest.

22. I have been using TMM 1 ounce sample squeeze bottles, as I just happen to have a few hundred of them lying around. You can buy them here if you want (I don't get a commission on bottles!). Others would work as well, but make sure they are cylindrical.

23. A possible theory behind the Food Replicator and Electronic Food is similar to that explaining the workability of Homeopathy, i.e. the preparation of a homeopathic product in the classical manner involves dilution and succussion (whacking it) beyond the point where any molecules of the original substance remain. Say, for instance, the original substance is snake venom. After diluting it 1 part to a hundred and whacking it a hundred times, all done 15 times, there are no actual molecules of snake venom left, just its "essence". Whatever you might think of this theory, many, many people find Homeopathy effective, so *something* is at work on top of what's in your science textbooks.

It seems that a person is much more than just the physical body that we see, and is intimately involved with using personal and universal energy fields, which continually interact with each other. The body needs certain energy frequencies, which are available from the environment and from food. Electronic food seems to provide these frequencies, perhaps in an idealized and complete form that may not be assimilable from a fast-food lunch. If the body does not need these frequencies then nothing happens, they just do not get used. If the body doesn't need the energetic "essence", the frequencies of snake venom, nothing happens. It is not at all the same as injecting real snake venom into the arm. There are cases of people living, apparently normally, without solid food for years. How do they manage it?

Now, there is no claim here that the Food Replicator and Electronic Food is part of or belongs in the subject of Homeopathy. Your local Homeopath is doubtless a highly-trained, caring individual operating under a strict code of professional ethics and would probably freak out at the idea of a food replicator and electronic food being sloppily discussed in the same breath as his vocation. The Food Replicator is not a medical device. It replicates food.

There actually aren't any claims at all. Scientific analysis of the water in the output can would show water alone. Science today will tell you the Food Replicator doesn't work because it cannot possibly work within the paradigm of mainstream theory. Well, tough, time to change the paradigm.

When watching Star Trek and seeing their food replicator, you probably thought how great it would be to have one of those, maybe in a thousand years time. Well, this food replicator isn't as good as the one on Star Trek, but it's here now and it's yours and it's free.

For further reading:

Work involving "eloptic" radiation by T. The food replicator is an experimental device and it and the electronic products it makes are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness or disease or medical condition. Please consult your doctor or qualified health care professional before starting ANY exercise or diet or nutritional supplement program or before using these or any product during pregnancy or if you have a serious medical condition. The device(s) and procedures described herein are thought to operate by boosting the body's immune system and to be safe if just used for food by people not taking prescription medications, but you make use of them at your own risk.

WARNING: Driving a car can be dangerous or even fatal if you are not careful, but driving safely is fine. Taking electronic food will possibly have an effect on the body that could be dangerous if you are taking prescription medications. Example: let's say you are taking prescription medication for high blood pressure, and it is working in that it is artificially driving your blood pressure down from where it would be if you weren't taking the medication. If your blood pressure is reduced significantly by taking electronic food, then continuing to take the same amount of medication might cause your blood pressure to go too low, which could be dangerous or in extreme cases even fatal. On no account run prescription drugs or homeopathic remedies through a food replicator. This device is not a toy. And this warning is not a cute marketing ploy.

Where can I found out how to build one of these ridiculous devices?
Either at blogs, http://foodreplicator.blogspot.com or http://.foodreplicator.blogdrive.com or http://www.freewebs.com/fzglobal/foodreplicator.htm . The most complete one is the blogspot one.

Does this device work immediately for everybody?
No. It seems to work for some. Maybe some of the people I tried it with didn't try it for long enough or were using an inappropriate strength , or maybe they were just taking electronic food items that were null to them personally, or maybe they would never benefit. I don't know yet.

There's a lot you don't know. Why don't you iron out all the bugs first and then present this as a completed work?
I didn't want to wait that long. I figured it was better to make the benefits available sooner rather than later. It's not as if you are being forced to pay me anything.

Are you going to patent the food replicator? Surely you could make millions of dollars?
No. It belongs in the public domain.

Do I have to pay anyone anything to build my own food replicator or to make electronic food?
No, not even me.

What are your academic qualifications or credentials? Why should I listen to you?
Ideas have merit--or not--independently of who voices them. It doesn't take long to build your own food replicator and try it out, and then you can determine for yourself if it works or not. Besides, you wouldn't be impressed by my qualifications.

Did you just dream this up out of thin air?
No, there is a great deal of research back of this, mostly done by others. Much of the material is freely available online. The earlier researchers just didn't think of applying it to food, or if they did, they didn't make a point out of it.

Or they didn't do it because it's impossible. Why should I bother? You're insane.
You're still reading. Aren't you even slightly curious? Why would I spend all this time and effort on a hoax that makes me look like a wacko when I'm not even selling anything and it's so easy for anyone to check it out for themselves?

My spouse is much cleverer than you and has two advanced degrees from the best universities. If this is all so simple, how come he didn't discover this?
Ask him.

You call the stuff "electronic food". Is that an accurate label?
Not necessarily, but I had to call it something and it's better than some names.

Let's see if I have this straight. The food replicator is a device that a 12-year-old kid could put together in under an hour from stuff available almost anywhere, at a cost of a few bucks, if that. He would put tiny bits of food in a small bottle in one end of the device and water in a small bottle in the other end, and then remove the bottles after ten minutes. The food replicator will have replicated and intensified the "essence" of the food into the water, and if I drink a little of the water--the electronic food--the body will act as if it had just assimilated the actual, original food in a similar quantity to that provided in a good meal. Did I get that right?
Near enough. It is not yet settled if taking the electronic food acts as if the body had assimilated the real food, or if it just satisfies the craving for that or similar food.

Are you suggesting that I should live entirely on electronic food and just abandon the real stuff?
You might want to start with substituting electronic food for one meal a day. It seems to provide at least some of the body's needs and remove that "hungry" feeling. Some people would love to lose a bit of weight but don't want to feel the continual hunger that lack of food causes. Is it possible to live on electronic food only? I don't know. After two weeks I needed some of the real stuff. But
as the spectre of world hunger grows daily, the substitution becomes more and more inviting.

Man, this is ridiculous. You're crazy!!!
You already said that. Why don't you quietly check it out? It won't cost you more than a couple of cups of coffee.

I'm not at all convinced. Should I just let my kids play around with this?
Unsupervised, no. As I said in the warning, this device is not a toy.
