Disclaimer and warning in FAQ. FAQ is at Feb 10, 2004 12:01 AM and is updated periodically.

Bp/pulse: 134/90 p80; 141/90 p86; 122/81 p81; weight about 180 lb. I haven't taken any food/elec anything or even water so far today. The bp seems to be settling down again to something comfortable, which is a relief. For several days I have been eating about 50% real food and 50% electronic. The real food has not included wheat, corn or milk, although I have had a bit of plain yoghurt and I still eat cheese and butter.

The obsessive sex thoughts/images have been gone the past two days. A few days ago (3/14) I made up some elec sem, but after reversing the polarity on the magnets (turning them over). For the previous week the sex thing had returned and was very uncomfortable, but the reversed polarity electronic version took all the heat off within 24 hours. I had been taking the regular polarity elec sem daily still, but it wasn't having the desired effect; the reversed polarity stuff worked very rapidly. I took a squirt of the rev polarity stuff, then it seemed like I needed some more a minute later, so I took that, then again fifteen minutes after that, and another hour or two later. Then a couple of times the next day. I don't know if it is better to make up two versions of everything, one of each polarity, and take them together (would they cancel each other out or not?); or take them alternately during a day; or on alternate days; or a week each; or what--it needs experimentation to find out. But this does seem to be an important principle.

A friend, Van, commented jokingly that he would like to replicate a 20 year-old hottie. Which gives an interesting idea: what if you got two 55-gallon steel barrels, added the magnets and a wire between in the usual manner, and put a person in the input barrel? There would need to be the usual electrical connection between the "cans", and the person should be barefoot and touching the bottom and should probably also touch the sides of the barrel with his hands. What would be the result of taking squirts as usual of the replicated person? I have no idea. Going on the earlier theory that if you are having trouble with something then you don't have enough of it yet, it might be a solution for people who have trouble with each other. Obviously it needs the cooperation of the person to be replicated. It would probably work just as well to use a regular setup and put a "witness" (like a non-digital photograph, or a spot of the person's blood, or a lock of his/her hair) in the input can rather than using the actual person in a barrel. Another interesting experiment to be done. I'll try it with some photographs of people. I'll start with a photograph of my daughter, who hasn't contacted me for four years (she doesn't like me) and I don't even know where she is. She does know my address, though.

10:40 AM bp/pulse: 144/97 p74; 148/92 p72; 144/84 p74. Had squirt ag, ur.
12:45 pm: 135/91 P97; 131/88 P94 (after eating at Panda Express an hour ago: rice, chicken, vegs).
1:50 PM: 123/73 p82; 124/75 p86. This is a relief: the bp has been way up for a few days and I was beginning to think I would have to get back on some kind of medication again if I couldn't bring it down again. The increase seemed to coincide with two things: eating wheat (either bread or in the chow mein at Panda; or increased interested in sex). I knocked off both. Continuing to take the usual electronic stuff throughout the increased bp didn't affect the bp any at the time, although now it seems OK.

I measured the bp at a local Rite-Aid around 7PM and got 165/105. When I got back home I lay down on my bed and measured it with my own machine and got 115/75! But I didn't disbelieve the Rite-Aid figure as it had seemed accurate in the past.

8:45 PM: 123/79 p69; 117/81 p71; 107/72 p68; 109/74 p70. Took some elec sem, ur, ag earlier.

The last time I took any bp medication was Feb 17. I didn't take any electronic version of it after that time either, so it has been complete cold turkey since then, about three weeks. Not bad, huh? My bp is in a completely normal range and has been pretty much the whole time. Note I have been taking electronic "food" every day, lately just ag, sem and ur; also I have been taking real food too. For the past couple of weeks I have been mainly eating refried beans, salsa, tostadas, eggs, cheese, some peanut butter, fresh tangerines and lemons straight from the tree, drinking some OJ, and a bit of whole grain cereal. I haven't drunk any milk except for a couple of cartons of yoghurt. Otherwise I have been drinking water, in the same amounts as normal. I tried to drink a lot more water, but I couldn't keep that up.

This is a very boring blog right now, but I guess it is time to start experimenting again as it doesn't look like my heart is about to crap out any more. So, what shall we start with ...? I guess it's time to cut out a bunch of food as I need to take off all those pounds I put back on again. Ho hum.

Bp/pulse today, 9:05AM: 170/111 63; 176/110 p66; 163/107 p72; 161/107 p68. Ouch. I took a squirt each of electronic silver, omelette, sem, some real TMM, and drank some water.
9:45 AM: 170/111 p61; 142/102 p63; 147/103 p61; 154/98 p63. Getting better. I ate a few real grapes.
11:05AM: 149/102 p82; 126/88 p79; 122/81 p93; 112/77 p82; 115/77 p83. Amazing. A few squirts of "water" knocks 40 points off my systolic bp and 25 points off the diastolic.

I spent about an hour lightly bouncing on the trampoline. Just for the record, the sex thing (see Feb 15 entry) is still OK. That is what is most amazing to me so far.

Bp/pulse: 159/103 p68; 158/100 p65; 154/101 p67; 151/96 p64. Looks like I found the reason my bp was so high before: eating real food. Needs more research. Surprise, surprise.

Oh well, time to go back onto eating electronic food, but not exclusively this time.
