The electronic silver seems to work. I refrained from washing my armpits for four or five days and just used the electronic silver to keep them fresh.

I'm now trying something a little less subjective: I'm working on growing some fungus/molds on some food. When it's far enough advanced, I will spray half of it with electronic silver and half of it with a similar amount of plain water. Unless some smelly socks come my way first. I'll continue with the armpits.

Everything else is fine.

BP/pulse earlier today: 127/84 p71; 128/81 p71; weight 176 lb.

Over the past month these figures have been all over the place. I'm still taking electronic this and that. My food routine is pretty constant now. I'm kinda doing the Fit for Life trip. Kinda. For breakfast I have fruit and sometimes have more pieces of fruit during the day. I tend to have one "main" non-fruit meal a day in the afternoon or evening. Today it was a three-egg omelet, a couple of ounces of cheese, a tomato, and four small tostada pieces. That's fairly typical. Maybe once a week I eat out at Baja Fresh or Panda Express (not McDonalds!) for variety, but I invariably eat too much there.

I saw the doctor a week ago. It was fun trying to explain to her about electronic food, but overall she took it very well. I am taking some medication, but not much. Like I had none for five days after seeing the doctor; yesterday I took one 20mg tablet of Lotensin, and nothing so far today. I'll check...123/85 p73; 131/83 p69. I just ate my evening meal, so the readings probably don't count, but I'm not going to take any Lotensin tonight.

Electronic silver is fascinating. I made up some a month or so ago and took it and it seemed to clear up some respiratory infection, but it was hard to tell. I hadn't been taking it much after that. Then a friend who is a colloidal silver freak (i.e. he's been taking it daily for seven years and swears by it) told me you can tell it (colloidal silver) works by spraying it on smelly socks and it takes the smell away by killing the bacteria. Oh--so I can check out my electronic silver by spraying it on some smelly socks or something! So yesterday I made up some nice fresh 10-spread silver from a silver Eagle coin and sprayed it on my smelly armpits. I don't have any smelly socks, but armpits are always handy and you don't have to wonder where you left them. They weren't *really* smelly, but smelly enough for a test. And lo and behold, after some minutes the smell had gone. After a few hours they needed another spray to be freshened up, but that worked. In the interests of science, today I had a shower but carefully refrained from soaping them up or even getting them wet. All they have had in 30 hours is a few sprays of electronic silver. So far so good (right now they don't smell at all)--I'll try it for another 48 hours, then soap them up and wash off anything there except skin, then for a day or so I will spray them every few hours with plain water--just to make sure it's not the spraying of water that is taking away the smell. I don't think so, as I seem to remember that even taking a shower with lots of soap and water doesn't always get rid of all the smell, but I'll check. It looks encouraging so far anyway.
